From then till now.

There was nothing special in life till my 10th class, the most extreme of adichu poli was watching two movies in theater on same day. Someday I would bring some amazing stuff that has been happening in the internet or the cyber world and I would tell this to all my classmates, and they never showed interest and made fun of me.

Plus two began, I still remember the first day. We were all late for class and that too purposefully we got little firing from our beloved Vimala Gopalakrishnan (for those who forgot Vimala Madam was our principal in Sree Sarada). Then ma’am took the attendance the moment I heard her call the name Indu N Nair I looked everywhere to see that familiar face among the new comers, well I missed it and ma’am continued with the attendance.


Slowly I started losing the old company and made friends with a bunch of new comers I think I befriended Suraj first. He was a little padippist from the first impression he gave me. As we became stronger friends I was introduced to Visal, Pathiv, Hari, Manu and Peter. These bunch of people was popular among girls, they had a very good reputation in class as for Saradians (the Sarada seniors) they were having a very bad time keeping up there reputation.

Lunchtime was the most important time of the day this was the time when my bonding with these new guys was maximum. As time passed I became one among them and among Saradians I was oblivion. They didn’t like me for some aspects of my character (which I still don’t know please yaar let me know so that I could change it).

Time came when I and Suraj was made to sit together this was the time Subha came into my mind. I don’t know how or when this happened, from the beginning of the class till then I was making fun of Ajay using her and then I had feelings for her. How ? Yet another question left unanswered.

From then Subha was in my mind, I used to pray for her everynight. She was with me while I was studying, she was with me whenever I talk to my mother all my lonely time was filled with her and her beautiful smile, she was everything to me yet I couldn’t bringout the courage to talk to her about this ( and I thank God for that, njaan thallu vangichu koottiyene).

Vishnu and Aswin came into my life, they were the ultimate source of fun. There was nothin g they couldn’t do. Krishnan kinda bullied me a lot at times I enjoyed aruing with him.


Meantime classes continued as we had fun in the school, teachers began to notice the changes among students and decided to celebrate rakshabandhan. That day things went really really bad. Still I keep thinking in my mind why did I do that to Subha. The repentance haunted me for months but once done cannot be undone and as an upshot I lost her.

I don’t remember where we had the first gettogether. I think it was at Mysore we all slept on the same bed for the first time, the trip was wonderful. Mary Koshy teacher was at her best Murali sir added to the fun. Those were wonderful times.

Classes finished and we all came out with flying colours ( courtesy : Vimala ma’am). We had all the fun in the world. We had our entrance exams and I belive it was Subha’s face I saw on the first day of our exam gave the boost to score good marks in the exam. Parthiv and I shared the same exam centre.

Vacation once again our time to rock. Places we went, movies we saw the fun we had, I miss it all. In search of a bachelor’s digree I reached Rajagiri School Of Engineering and Technology. I moved to hostel in Kakkanad and I miss you all every now and then. New friends came.

Distance could never be a barrier between us, we all were still connected through our mobile phones or that was just my belief. I kept calling and I rarely receive a call from you all, I text you and I never get a reply from some among us.

When we plan get togethers I see some of us are permanently missing. I believe there exists a communication gap between us we must take some serious measure to make sure that we all stay together. Last day I had been a bit harsh on some people but I’m sorry for that.

Vishu is coming we could plan something for it. I request all the bULLS to be together for this Vishu. Lets do something great something that we have never done before. Lets make this vishu last for ever.

With watery sleepy eyes I conclude this post by making a simple request for the next trip why can’t we go to the place shown in the picture below ?
