It was 4:30 we Vishnu, KD, Aswin and me decided to go to Thiruvairanikkulam temple. Since my mother's relative passed away recently I decided to stay outside and Aswin agreed to give me company while Vishnu and KD were to go inside. So Aswin and I went to the temple and later finds that KD and Vishnu did not take their mobile phones to the temple.
After being post for almost 1 hour we returned home and then KD calls me telling that we could hang out at some house that night. Aswin cannot come as his sister and aliyan is coming home that night. Vishnu had an idea for having shavarma from a shop near airport so we three (KD, Vishnu and me) went there.
After the delicious shavarma we decide to do something different so Vishnu comes up with a brainless idea of going to the Marine Drive. Withouth a second thought we leave the airport behind.
We reached the Broadway and found nothing except closed shops and an autorickshaw. We took a stroll but suddenly decides to get back to the car as we didn't want to get into any trouble roaming around at night. We decided to return to Vishnu's home.
Then it came to us that it is almost 2 o clock and there is no way we can get back into any of our houses. So we decided to sleep in the car. Just to make the night a bit more exciting we decide to booz. We went to many BARs but found them all closed finally we reached Pathadyppalam and went to the Milma Stall and bought ourselves cardamom flavored milk and chocobar ice-creams.
After that we see two guys speaking to the watchman of Seagate BAR. KD went and voila 3 beers Rs.100 each. I actually didn't want to drink but decided to go with the wind.On our way back we stopped the car near the Golf Course and had our beer while keeping an eye for the POLICE. Filled diesel in the car and we decided to park somewhere near airport suddenly another brainwave results in the second brainless idea "Lets go Athirappilly!"
Again without any second thoughts we left to chalakudy and from there we turned to Athirappilly.
We were low on diesel by now and really doubted that there wouldnt be enough fuel to return. But we kept going. On our way we saw a huge deer on the road. With its huge horns he was magnificient before enjoying his beauty the breaking of the car scared him away. On the way we also saw a hare.
The fuel indicator was showing merely 2 bars of fuel.Pinnonnum nokkeella we parked the car in a parking lot near the waterfall and we slept at 3:30 am. We slept in the car and woke up at 7:00 am. We made it to chalakudy with the remaining fuel and headed our way home.
The night was some wild night. I'm sure some trip like this might never happen again. It was fun unlimited.
